REGISTRATION

• You must be a Thespian to attend Thescon. (We can help you. It's not hard.)
• To register you must complete ALL 3 of the following by 9/17.
• NO EXCEPTIONS OR LATE REGISTRATIONS.

1. Completed Conference Agreement Form

1. Complete the form online (use the link above)
2. Print the copy that comes to your email
3. YOUR PARENT MUST SIGN IT
4. Drop it in the box by the Greyhound Theater by  9/17 OR scan it and email it to rachel.jones@cobbk12.org

2. Completed Cobb County Field Trip form (NOT READY YET! I'll email when it's open. Please do the other 2 forms.  I’ve provided a video walkthrough.)

4. Complete the form

​3. Pay the registration fee & complete PHS Theater form

1. Login to Membership Toolkit
2. Go to My Account
3. Go to My Paperwork
4. New Forms
5. Thescon Registration
   1. It will show the entire fee, but you can choose to just pay the deposit ($150), and then make more payments later.

Payment & Deadlines

September 17: Submit online forms, turn in conference agreement, and pay deposit

November 18: Second Payment due​

January 13: Final payment

If your forms are missing or incomplete in any way or you have not paid by January 13, you will not be able to attend Thescon.
